1. Check whether the outer diameter and wall thickness of the raw material meet the requirements of the product drawing.
2. Cut the pipe to the appropriate length.
3. Punch the horizontal pipe.
4. Professional manual welding process, while spot welding process on both sides of the product.
5. Clean the slag after welding to facilitate the next step.
5. Perform surface pretreatment (phosphating + water washing) on the product, thus increasing the adhesion of powder spraying.
