1. Material inspection:
Check whether the outer diameter and wall thickness of the pipe meet the requirements of the product drawing to fundamentally ensure quality.
2. Pipe manufacturing:
Cut the pipe to the length required on the drawing.
3. Milling holes:
The cut pipe is punched to facilitate the next step of welding and other operations.
4. Welding:
Weld the pipe structure of the aluminum swimming pool fence as a whole.
5. Surface pretreatment:
The purpose of sandblasting or phosphating the surface of the product is to form a dense layer of pits on the surface of the pipe, thus thereby increasing the adhesion of the powder.
6. Cleaning:
Treat surface residues or impurities to ensure the next step of the process.
7. Powder spraying:
The surface of the product is sprayed with epoxy-polyester powder and cured at high temperatures. This process makes the paint film thickness of the product at least ≥80μm.
